Sound of Kythera – Soundmap Installation

in collaboration with START – Create Cultural Change and Kythera National Airport
Kythera, Greece – June 2016

Interactive map installation at Kythera airport, developed in collaboration with local high school students. The map features cultural stories, anecdotes, and soundscapes curated and recorded by the students. The map installation is functions as a welcome point to newcomers in the island of Kythera and an opportunity for them to liaise with stories of the island upon arrival.
